Made to order
Each print is produced to order by our print fulfilment partner. This reduces unnecessary stock and waste, but it also means your item is made specifically for you rather than taken from a shelf.
Production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Print quality
The artwork is printed from a high-resolution 4488 × 5608 px master file.
Prints are produced on heavyweight matte art paper selected to preserve colour, detail and contrast while reducing unwanted glare.
The exact paper stock may vary slightly by production location, but an equivalent professional-grade material will be used.

Unframed prints
Unframed prints are supplied without a mount or frame.
They are intended to fit standard 8 × 10-inch or 16 × 20-inch frames. Always check the internal dimensions of your chosen frame before ordering.
Prints may be shipped flat or rolled depending on the size, production location and fulfilment method.

Colour and appearance
Colours can appear different across screens and printed materials.
Small variations may occur due to:
- Screen brightness and colour settings
- Paper texture
- Printing equipment
- Lighting conditions
- Production location
These differences are normal and are not considered faults.

Shipping and delivery
Physical prints are shipped separately from digital downloads and other products where applicable.
Because items are produced to order, processing time is required before dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination, production location and seasonal demand.
Tracking will be provided where available.
International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes or local handling fees applied by their country.

Returns and damaged items
Made-to-order prints cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind.
Contact us promptly if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Defective
- Incorrect
Include clear photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be assessed with the fulfilment partner.
Where a production or delivery fault is confirmed, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be arranged.

To keep your artwork looking its best:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
- Keep away from moisture and high humidity
- Do not touch the printed surface unnecessarily
- Handle unframed prints with clean, dry hands
- Clean framed glazing with a soft cloth rather than spraying liquid directly onto it
